Attn: Revdex.com Representative(s), We received a notice of rejection of resolution from this customer As mentioned in our very thorough response to the initial complaint, this customer purchased one of our products three (years) ago in Although he was outside of the replacement warranty period (6-months post purchase) we still replaced the headset for him at no charge to the customer two years later in the summer of We are now three (3) years outside of the original purchase date for this customer We offered a generous 50% off a new replacement unit to this customer; However, the customer chose to refuse this offer, became immediately hostile on the phone call and hung up the phone SnuggBuds Headsets maintains a great history of customer service and provides a very reasonable and satisfactory warranty policy However, we will not accept hostile demands or threats from any customer who purchased a product three (3) years ago when we have done everything possible (within reason) to make this customer happyThis customer is well aware of the warranty policy we offer All warranty details provided to customers who purchase either online or in person at events is clearly detailed on our warranty page at www.snuggbuds.com/warrantyWe understand that this customer has the right to refuse our resolution offer and we also understand the he has the right to seek out a different product of choice [redacted] SnuggBuds Headsets

To Whom It May Concern: We received a phone call a few weeks ago from a customer, Mr. *** ***, demanding for us to replace his headset. He stated that he has been outside of the USA for over eight months and had not time to contact us prior to October Our history with
this customer shows the *** *** is well outside of our 6-month post-purchase warranty period. We provided him with a solution, but he was unsatisfied and hung up the phone after making several threats to our staff In Mr. *** purchased one of our products at our SNUGGBUDS HEADSETS booth inside of an expo event That same year *** *** contacted us about an issue with his headset. Not only did we replace the headset in March 2013, but we also provided him with an extra headset “free” (different model) in addition to the original headset we also replaced (replacing a headset does not re-start a customer’s warranty period). Then in the summer of 2015, *** *** approached our booth at another summer event requesting a replacement for the headset he purchased in and for which we replaced. Our booth staff offered to waive our post-month wear & tear policy and provided Mr*** with a “new” headset in exchange for the replacement unit we mailed to him in Typically, he would have had to pay 50% for a replacement unit because the original unit purchased two years prior was well outside of our 6-month replacement warranty. However, we replaced his headset again at no cost to him. As stated on our website www.snuggbuds.com/warranty, our warranty policy states the following: 1) 0-Months: Full Replacement mailed after we receive original from customer2) 6-Months: 50% off discount coupon code after we receive original from customer3) 12-Months: 20% off discount coupon code after we receive original from customer As stated above and on our website, “replacing a headset does not re-start a customer’s warranty period.” In addition, SNUGGBUDS does not and never has offered a “lifetime warranty” on our products as many customers can be very abusive to their headsets. However, we do provide a very good replacement and/or wear & tear policy for all customers which is extremely fair and most customers agree it is fair Back to the Present: When we received the call in early October from *** *** we explained his options to him for the wear & tear policy. He was very combative. We told him that we would still give him a replacement unit at 50% even though the original headset was purchased in and was replaced twice; However, he hung up the phone on our staff and threatened to call the Revdex.com. We always offer customers solutions within our policy and often make exceptions for customers. We have also done this in the past for Mr*** and we have been very accommodating to him. If our generous warranty policy is not acceptable to him then we realize that we just cannot make everyone happy and we understand that he has the right to purchase another brand of his choice
