*** *** #***, Elite Homes Realty, 562-843-8863.As our contracted realtor, Ms*** failed to represent us as sellersShe has done the bare minimum as an agent, violating ethicsWe entered into a six month contract where the only box checked on the contract was to place our home on the MLS We took pictures of the property and provided her the description for the homeThe home was placed on the MLS and was described as follows (verbatim); “SEE THIS BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME IT HAS BEDROOM AND BATHROOMSFRONT AND BACK YARD HAS ALREADY HAVE SOME TYPE OF LANDSCAPE.” (We have a copy of the property description)She priced the home; never provided comparable salesShe did not market the property No photographer was hired nor did she come out to take pictures of the homeShe listed the home on the MLSShe never used social media, there were no brochures made to market the home, or were any open houses conducted by herShe reached out to an agent from another Realtor co
