I explained that I made a mistake in the billingThe delivery was made to Mr [redacted] in West Seattle and billed to Mr[redacted] in errorThe delivery ticket was left at Mr [redacted] 's residenceIf Mr [redacted] had paid before the statements go out (like he normally does) the error would have been found and Mr [redacted] would not have gotten a statementI take pride in doing the job exactly as requestedI have not gotten a complaint from the Revdex.com in the years I have been in businessFor the record Mr [redacted] owns the adjacent property and agreed to pay and get reimbursed from his tenant

*** *** Snyder Discount never returned my courtesy call to inquire why a bill as sent to me. Request a formal letter sent to me correcting the balance OWED to $since Snyder Discount previously issued a bill to me at $638.46(approximately). One would ask why jack Snyder after years of business would not return a courtesy call to client who had a friendly relationship too? Obviously, Snyder Discount realizes a mistake was made and I accept the reasoning but concerned that I have no proof that the balance on my account have been rectified

Agree, the billing error was an honest mistake and documentation was needed to ensure it was internally corrected. Finally, Revdex.com should be proud to have Synder Discount Oil as a Revdex.com member ---- I personally would vouch for the effort and quality of service over years. I have attached an apology letter I am sending to Mr. [redacted]. I hope it is clear this whole thing was an innocent mistake.
