Floor finish problems and no callbacks

Pete's Flooring redid my wood floors in February. I had problems with water stains due to the finishing not being done right. I've called 30–40 times and texted several more, to no avail. He needs to recoat the floor and clean up the water stains. He does not call back at all. He does not stand behind his work like he says.
