They are crooked and cant follow their own contract. I see I am not the only one with the same ELUSIVE service,you wont6 get but one call and that is when they decide the night prior to the job after that they hide behind the front office apparently .ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECCOMEND Snyder or All American remodeling.
I solicited bibs through the Internet and Snyder's Roofing Answered,they also used the name All American Remodeling. I live in [redacted], Michigan and when the salesman came to the house I speficified that wanted a Local Company and one that was certified by the Revdex.com.Well ,this company is not a [redacted] Company nor does the Revdex.com certify them. Snyder's salesman was an out and out liar and he was a chauvinist pig, when my Wife didn't agree with the shingle color he had something to say about it ,and I should have thrown his [redacted] butt out then but I figured he was just ignorant and let him slide My Wife witnessed the whole sales pitch,he promised to fix the roof leak ,and replace any damaged wood , and add 6' of metal around the edge of the roof to protect against ice dams and all new tar paper and insulation if needed. The deal was signed 2/7/. 2014
The price would include 4 windows ,2 for my Living Room and 2 for the basement ,
The roof was shorty after the 7th about 10 later,the roof moved along pretty well ,except when the job was all done . [redacted] came to me with a piece of wood that he said was from my roof . He said it was rotted and had to be replaced and insulation had to be blown into the roof. The problem I had is when I moved into the house ,I had the house inspected and the Inspector Complimented me on the roof and the insulation we had. In fact ,we had Electrical work done and the Electrician was upset because when he went into the attic he got full of insulation ,the previous went overboard with stuff.. Old man snyder is trying to stick me with a Bill for re-insulating my attic ,I looked at it and its the same stuff that came with the house.
Oh, I can't forget his great clean up after the job. I had Pink styrofoam that they sat on while they worked left behind and and scattered in the yard, We had signs in the front flower bed that were broken and cigarette butts where reminders of the is that used them. The worst thing was roofing nails in the grass and on the driveway ,which resulted in 3 flats . I had a magnet to sweep the drive or grass if my back would allow it.
The Windows were done 3 times by is ,before they hired someone that knew something.
The windows crew took a picture window out and replaced it with ply wood for 5 weeks before they got the correct window size, It was Winter, that was a security risk,they left a mess behind .
If you are ready a laugh ,see how organized this company is: The job was started 2/7/2014 -around 6/17/2014 their office calls me and some punky kid is trying to get tough with me about money.I Had paid these is for the job before I should have and this is is flipping off to me like i'm a dead beat,then said" when are you guys going to finish the job"" at that point he shut up " he said I'll call back Monday" and just like the usual efficiency ,Monday came and went ,finally on 12./2/2014 they sent the guy out to finish my windows. [redacted]refuses to give me copies of my contracts,and warranties because I think he is just short of a Gypsy thief,I would not do business with him . I had my Wife with me as a witness when the Salesman was in the house ,and she over heard [redacted] and his Son when they came to the house to "TALK"
