The story is completely fanricatef from start to finish...Mr [redacted] came into my shop with a bike that the motor was destroyed my his lack of maintenance ..he was given a price of and he said he was going to pay every pay period which he stated was every days ..he gave us a deposit and a month later on onmarch 9th a day nefore the paent was due I spoke with him over the phone he said he had no money available ..at that point I told him on the tenth he had agreed to pay me the balOf the parts I had ordered .." he said he had no money "a week later after placing several calls tor [redacted] with no return call from him I began lien papers on the bike which took days ..during the day lien period I had not heard from mr [redacted] nor did he try to satisfy the lien amont ! The lien cleared on 4/ I took possesion and sold the bike to a s.dcounty sherriff officerwhere it is now registered in his name for what was owed to me on the the bill I gave mr [redacted] more than enough time to pay his bill it is he that did not follow thru on his agreements and his own ignoarance that lead him to lose his bikeIt clearly shows in his hateful demeanor in his statement and his comments containing lies and falsehoods about my business practises ...he has also left rufe and hateful comments on several social media outlets containing the same lies and slanderous remarks such as I want him out of business etc

Customer was made awsre of no warranty on these repairs from the inception of the job..he had a great running bike that made h.pon the dyno agter extensive repairs were done...job was completed and he rode the bike for months were as at that point I allowed him and his bike intomy shop to
fix it for free! During the course of that time he decided to take the bike out of my business during the course of the repair process without notifying me and without any prior conversation of it...hesbroke and so is his bike ..he origionally took it to Veys motorcycles in Lemon Hrove and tried to get them to fix it for free it sat thete for over a month when they refused to work on it for free he then removed it and took it to Southbay motorsports where it sits now iam sure the man will figure it out eventually that you have to pay to have motors fixed...I noticed he said nothing about me transporting his bike miles round trip to revceive dyno tuning for free not once but twice! So he needs to pay someone to fix "his"bike!

This huy is suffering from reality defecit disorder..when he picked up his bike all that wss needed to complete it was to install the carb and exhaust and a front brake line...the motor work he paid me to do was completed

Review: I took my 06 Kawasaki ninja zx14 to so cal custom motorcycle shop with a complaints of loss of power and cylinder possibly not firing. After troubleshooting the initial provide problem I was informed that approximately 2,300.00 would take care of my issues which I paid up front and after being in the shop for over 6 months the bike was finished and after riding bike for 2 month the bike began make a loud sound on the left side of motor I contacted Sam Gauges the owner of So Cal Custom Cycles and he said bring it by and I said I don't want to run it so he offered to pick the bike up and said we could work on it together and after failed attempts he began to disappear on errands and refused to work on my motorcycle I then got frustrated and took my bike to South bay motorsports where it sits now with a estimate of 3,800.00 to repair all the damages.Desired Settlement: I would like my repairs paid for at south bay motorsports the dealership that is currently in possession of my motorcycle with a 3.800.00 balance.

Review: brought my 97 harley sportster in to shop for a leaking case/ front end swap and rear brakelight/turnsignal install / the owner(sam bauges) told me $1250 wold take care of it all . I gave him $1400 in case of extra parts needed and recived a receipt paid in full,2 weeks later was told by sam it was not the case but the heads so he asked for $850 to rebuild them I gave him the cash and was told the bike would be done in 2 weeks month goes by and now told wasent heads but case and now I need to give him another $600/ went in sunday with sheriff to get my bike . the bike was a torn apart roller with parts every were . I asked for all my parts and he said I traded my front end and then tossed the rest out the shop was tod by sheriff I by law could not get my parts from shop / went to el cajon Harley dealer and paid for a repair quote . they said bike was a basket case and repairs would exceed what a 97 sportster was worth due to so-cal customs teardown of bikeDesired Settlement: replacement of a 97 sporter from a dealer/ cash to the tune of $8500 of money laid out to make repairs / shop out of business due to other people he has ripped off / look at yelp reviews and talk to motorcycle shops in lemon grove an el cajon

Review: On December 6, 2013 I took my son's 2005 Eton Viper 70 quad in for a Carburetor clean because of loss of power. After the clean he stated, "the top end of the engine needed to be replaced." I questioned the decision since it hasn't been riden that much and no abuse has ever been performed on the quad. So I went ahead and did it anyway after convining by Sam B[redacted] (owner). He stated this is a 1 1/2-2 hours job. It sat with the bike tore down for more than 2 months. After serval phone calls and promises made and excusses why it wasn't finished yet, I went to pick it up in pieces on February 12, 2014 and took it somewhere eles. Its going to cost me more to get it repaired for the unnecessary excessive tear down of the quad. The whole front end was in pieces just to fix a top end on a quad. Also after 2 attempt to get the right piston kit for the quad, Mr. B[redacted] still couldn't get it right. He even refused to refund my money back on the part. He order a 4 stroke Piston for a 2 stroke motor. I want a full refund plus extra damages done to the quad of $680.00Desired Settlement: A cash refund of $680.00

Review: I went in to so cal customs with my anniversary edition Harley and we agreed on a price of almost 4thousand dollars and how and when it would be payed he was givin a thousand dollars up front and before I walked out the door he was filling out lien papers and he sold my bike before I was able to bring him the 2nd thousand dollars. he didn't give me any notice that he was selling it nor did he give me the allotted time to pay as agreed upon. he sold it out from underneath me and didn't do anything that was agreed upon.when I went to his shop on the 21st of april to make 2nd payment I was told he sold the bike.Desired Settlement: I would not only like a refund of my original thousand dollars but would also like my motorcycle returned to me and the business shut down.
