Review: I found Prunin Landscapes on the internet. I met with [redacted] and he seemed very professional. He made a lot of promises. I was a bit shocked at the amount of money charged for their gardening service but I was willing to pay the money if they would do the agreed upon work. The crew did outstanding work in the orchard. That was a set price of 2500. The monthly charge for property maintenance was 685 per month. [redacted] told me to make a list of those jobs I felt were of a high priority. I made the list and told him we would pay for new plants. I paid Prunin for half a month in October. I have not paid for November and December. I told [redacted] I was unhappy that the projects I needed done were not done. [redacted] does not answer my phone calls and very rarely answers emails. I asked why the jobs were not done and he said his crew must have other things they think are more important. I went over to the property today-it is rented-and the work has still not been done. They have trimmed the roses and the lawn. The customer service of this company is very weak. I want to fire this company and settle the bill for a lot less than 685 per month. They did not do the work I wanted. I have attempted to meet the crew at prearranged times to speak with them 3x. They have never met with me. This is unacceptable service.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter resolved by a settlement in the bill. I am not going to pay 1370 for really poor service. [redacted] told me that Prunin is not a mow and blow company. But really they don't seem much better. Please help other customers avoid this really terrible company. [redacted] does an exceptional talk but there is no walk to this company.

Review: Came for an initial consult, was told we needed $1000 extra for fertilizer. After starting service, I emailed to ask what kind of fertilizer, as I have kids and dogs. No response. I emailed again, 4 times, no response. During this time they were coming weekly for lawn mowing, and I was paying a premium for a "better" landscaping company. Finally, I contacted another company to do the fertilization, who noted that there was a pervasive infection on all of our fruit trees. In our original contract that was covered. Finally one of our trees died. The others are covered in pests. I emailed and called, but no responses.I have never filed with the Revdex.com. This company should be investigated. I now have thousands of dollars of trees that may not live. I am heartbroken.Desired Settlement: I would like the trees to be sprayed (per our contract), the dead tree replaced, and careful monitoring of our property. I will not pay our monthly maintenance fee until this is resolved.

Review: This company trimmed four date palm trees at my residence, with the assurance from the operations manager that there would be no staining of my driveway or patio. We discussed in detail previous problems. Unfortunately, there are multiple stains. I sent requested pictures, to the office, and to date, there has been no plan of action, other than a foreman coming to my house to examine the stains. He told me the boss was too busy to come and examine the stains. He did have a power washer and I asked him if he knew how to use it so it would not etch my driveway. I had told the operations manager that we had had the driveway professionally stained. He tried using a wire brush and said he was unable to remove the stains. I have sent emails and left voice mails and was told by the office manager that the operations manager would contact me by email. The foreman did not walk the job with me at completion to verify all items were completed, as the contract requires and I did not sign off on items. Most likely I will have to have professionals come clean the driveway and patio. I would like to be compensated.Desired Settlement: Would like to be compensated for clean up of patio.
