Review: I closed escrow on my home on 6/12/15 & part of the warranty issues prior to the close of escrow was to fix (redo) stucco which had already discolored. After 2 weeks of delay, the work was started (during the rain) & the job was done but there is damage done to my house that the contractor refuses to take care of & refuses to admit to. The clean up (due to masking tape being used instead of painters tape) pulled off paint on one of my door frames, my landscape was oversprayed & many plants destored, their scaffolding damaged a corner above my garage while they truck was parked in my driveway with their scaffolding on it & they is overspray all over my brown window frames, fence, etc. His comment to the contractor was that his guys didn't do it nor do they park in driveways which is a total lie as my neighbor & myself both witness their trucks parked in my driveway while work was being done!Desired Settlement: I want my house restored to my satisfaction from the overspray & the corner above my garage fixed to my satisfaction immediately!
