Review: Sergio came to our store and told us he will set up lights for our windows. He took our $300 deposit and wrote up an invoice. Said he will be here the next morning and never showed up. Doesn't pick up his phone either. His invoice says he's licensed but when we looked him up on nyc's site for licensed contractors he isn't there, nor is his company.Desired Settlement: I want my $300 deposit back. He needs to be jailed for his scams

Review: SIGNA CONTRACT WITH [redacted] UNDER S & O PROFESSIONAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR INC. THE CONTRACT IS TO DO WORK IN MY YARD. (TO FENCE MY YARD AND CONCRETE MY BACKYARD AND ALSO PUT UP A BBQ TABLE WITH SINK AND COUNTER TOP) HOWEVER HE CHARGE ME $10,000, I GAVE HIM $6000 AND HE DID NOTHING. I KEEP CALLING HIM AND HE TURN OFF HIS PHONE. WHEN HE FINALLY PICK UP HIS PHONE I TOLD HIM I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH MY WORK, HE STATED HE WILL COME BY, TODAY IS 6/**/14 HE DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL ME BACK. EVERYTIME I CALL HE IS NOT PICKING UP HIS PHONE. THIS HAPPEN SINCE IN MAY.I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY JOBS. THEY ARE FRAUD.ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK.Desired Settlement: I NEED ALL MY MONEY I GAVE TO [redacted] BACK. Review: I purchased a sign and gave him a deposit and was told it would be installed the following week.that was on August **,2015.After repeated calls all the way threw in November I told him just give me back my money.Now he refuses to take my calls and sends rhem to voice mail.This guy is not a buisness man he is a con man.He takes the money and runs.I want my 250.00 deposit back
