To Whom it May Concern,The Revdex.com received a recent complaint in regard to our fabric ID: ***We sell fabric to individuals who wish to sew for themselvesOne of the beauties of sewing for ourselves is that we can make garments tailored to our size but every person's measurements are different and
she never disclosed her current measurements nor what pattern she was using (every designer has different fits just as every brand of jeans fits differently)She stated that the stretch of our fabric had more vertical than horizontal but when we pointed out that she was measuring the wrong direction, she got very hostile with usWe were very polite and also informed her that others had made leggings in that same fabric and a woman posted a photo who had no affiliation with our company aside from being another customer (this woman in particular has a business sewing and sells her leggings to clients).We have done everything we can to help herWe issued a refund to the customer and allowed her to keep the productWe also informed her that she could send the fabric back to us for testing, but we still have not received it.Thank you for your time
