Review: I had these guys install a pool at my house some years back. When they installed the pool they also installed a pool heater. The problem is the gas line they install was a half inch. When you consider the lengh of the line and the size of the heater it should have been one inch not a half. So now my heater wont work so I have to go back and correct what they charged me $1200 to install a line thats according to all codes was to small. My heater will not work because its not getting enough gas due to this Shauddy work from these so called pool professionals. The Installation was done by [redacted]. Thanks [redacted] and Soaking Wet for the Ignorant work.Desired Settlement: They should pay the guy I hired to correct it

In reference to complaint #[redacted], we purchased Soak n Wet Pools from the previous owner of 26 years in February of 2013. This complaint dates back to a swimming pool and heater installed in 2005. Our purchase agreement did not include assumption of any liability for work done for previous clients. As a result, we are not responsible for this clients issue. Additionally, we have not received any calls from this client during our ownership of the business.

Since the transfer of ownership did include all old customer files, we were able to locate the file on this customer. The heater in question was actually installed as part of a pool package in 2005! We have to assume that the heater worked correctly for a number of years. How many years warranty does this customer expect to receive?
