I went to Soap My Ride on Saturday July 22, I paid for the [redacted] ***It took my $and said, "it was in use please wait." I waited at least 5-minutes, it never let me pull forwardI looked all around on the building, for a phone number or email addressI went home looked on website for number or email address wasn't one listedI drove back to car wash looked againTalked to someone using the vacuumHe told me the owner was also owner of the [redacted] couple buildings overI called them this morning and the owner is no longer affiliated with this businessSo I called Revdex.com to get a numberThe number she gave to me is no longer affiliated with the business eitherIt says so right on the phone messageI think if you're going to have a business it should have to include a phone number or email address visible so if you need to contact them you canAnd on the website should also include one or the otherI still have no way of contacting owner of this business

I WENT THROUGH THE CAR WASH LAST NIGHT AND PAID FOR THE $WASH, BUT ONLY GOT THE $SERVICENO UNDERCARRIAGE SPRAY, NO PROTECTANT OR WAX SPRAY, AND NO DRYER WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE, SHE WAS RUDE, AND TOLD ME SHE WASN'T WHERE SHE COULD WRITE DOWN MY INFORMATION, BUT THAT MY PHONE NUMBER HAD SHOWN UP ON THE CALLER ID AND SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME TODAY TO GET MY CONTACT INFO FOR A REFUNDNO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK TODAY, AND THEY ARE NO LONGER ANSWERING AT THAT NUMBER

Yes, this has been resolvedIt took a while but the owner finally contacted me and send us a refund checkI did try and send a response previously but did not get it to go
