Review: Delivered a King sized comforter for dry cleaning. And when the service was completed I picked it unbeknown to me that the comforter was destroyed so when I arrived home all the cotten material insided the comforter was centralized in the blacket itself. I went back to Soap Opera and asked to talk to the manager and was told by him that I just requested just a regular cleaning. And I would have to take the full expense and have to purchase another for my bed. Mr. Revercomb never informed me until I arrived to dispute the damages of what happened there was no compensation or credit to help compensate the cost of what happened.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to compensate for the damaged comforter.
