The first part of their statement is correct my car was not in drive as instructedMy car was in neutralI didn't put my car in drive till the very end of the car washThere was a car that went right in the car wash right after the incidentTheir equipment is not broken. As for the video we asked if we could see the video and they refuse to let us see it. Regards,
