Bad Service
Soapy Joe's/Revolt Laundry Service
Had to call several times because some of my clothes were left on the truck. Though when Revolt took over things would be better. The first week, I had to call because some of my clothes were left on the truck. Got my clothes back, next week same thing. The male who answered the phone said a note would be placed by my name to insure that all my items would be delivered at one time. Three weeks later same thing and I was also charged twice. I called last week, the female asked for an email address and stated that some one would be responding back to me. No response, when I called today the same female claimed the person in charge was in meeting and would be returning calls. I declined to give my number and ended the call. Will not be using this service again. Hope that GU pulls the contract with them.
