Let me begin by stating that Soaring Heights is the epitome of slumThe employees ( [redacted] in particular) have lied directly to my face more times than I can countThe house I live in is literally rotting and falling apartI've had doors literally fall to pieces as I open them, I have cracks in my cieling, walls, and under the floor that are all caused by the CRACKED (and crumbling) FOUNDATIONI am married with kids in a house with lead paint and asbestos, while I personally know multiple people who live single, by themselves, in one of the new bedroom unitsI have been told numerous times that they cannot move me to another unit because I am "adequately housed"And I must say, I don't believe this death trap house is adequate for ANYBODY to live inThe maintenance crews only fix problems temporarilyRather than treatijg the root cause, they treat the symptomsFor example, I called about the cracks in my walls and cieling and floor and their response was to paint over the cracks and tell me that they cant fix whats under the floorTermites, roaches, spiders, and even snakes have been found in my houseBut what gets me the most, is that the people I mentioned above, in those new units by themselves, are paying only $per month for their houseAnd I pay over $per monthI'm writing this review hoping that the right people will see it, and have investigators come see for themselves what we are enduringSoaring Heights should be shut down for more than reasonsI could spend days ranting about this, but I don't have the time to do so

Multiple things happened with themFirst, at one point, they tried to accuse us of having dog feces all over our houseMy husband's first shirt, commander, and Soaring heights all walked through and found noneThe commander and shirt were angry that their time was wasted and SH didn't even apologize for what they causedSecond, the three ladies that came to do an inspect made fun of our neighbor and good friend who was riding his bike home for lunch while he was in uniformVery unprofessional especially since you house military families only! Then upon move out, week prior to leaving, our AC flooded our hallwayWe called maintenance and they fixed the AC but it left a huge ugly stain on the carpetUpon move out inspection, the lady from SH promptly said it was urine even though the maintenance man said no this happened and she charged us to recapped the entire house because of itMy advise? Don't move on base and stay away!
This company does not take care of the people that live in their houseThey won't help you eitherI have called, emailed and asked in person if I could move to a house that isn't falling apart, has carpet since I have a baby in an all title house and many things have broke and they blamed everything on meThe moment we can we are moving off this base! They are the worst housing company ever!
We've lived at SH for four years and had nothing but positive experiences with themThey've been very accomadating, any time any thing is broken, they're quick to respond to maintanence requests
Horrible company to deal withThey do not care what kind of Squalor you're living inThe 50's houses specificallyThey should be condemnedI've had numerous issues with termitesI was told by *** that I basically need to suck it up or my other option is to move off baseYou should see my roof outside its acaryI'll remember that if my roof caves in;) not to mentioned the nuemerous amount of plumbing issuesHeating/AC constantly breaks and moldThey're also never willing to work on helping their current long time residentsI'm disgustedMy last base housing wasn't great but their staff was 100% more helpful and professional than these people

The maintenance crews only fix problems temporarily. Rather than treatijg the root cause, they treat the symptoms. For example, I called about the cracks in my walls and cieling and floor and their response was to paint over the cracks and tell me that they cant fix whats under the floor. Termites, roaches, spiders, and even snakes have been found in my house. But what gets me the most, is that the people I mentioned above, in those new units by themselves, are paying only $700 per month for their house. And I pay over $1200 per month. I'm writing this review hoping that the right people will see it, and have investigators come see for themselves what we are enduring. Soaring Heights should be shut down for more than 100 reasons. I could spend days ranting about this, but I don't have the time to do so.

The only thing they are consistent about is changing the rules. They do not know what they are talking about half the time, and they are downright rude. You are much better off finding a place off base to live than to deal with Soaring Heights.
