At first, we really enjoyed working with KitchensonClearance They had very affordable cabinets, good quality construction and they worked very well with us to get as close to our design as possible We got most of our order in one shipment After going through all of the cabinets, we had damaged items to report in a claim, cabinets were on back order and items were missing completely The damaged items came in or shipments, but got here in relatively good time The back ordered cabinets arrived in a timely manner as well One of our missing items, a mixer mechanism and the new door needed for it, took about months to arrive The missing cabinet took 3-1/months to get here They are very hard to get a hold of They always got off the phone telling me they would call me back in 5-minutes, and then wouldn't call back at all...Not one time I would wait a week between calls to give them time to make adjustments and when I would call back, it was like I had never even told them about the issues We had to start over every time And every time, I had to call them, on average, times before I would get an answer or a call backOverall, the cabinets are very good quality for the price, but their customer service and communication within the company is absolutely terrible
Most of what of was ordered arrived on time but the largest cabinet was damagedI contacted customer service and received a prompt reply (at first) and a follow up that my replacement item was about to ship and details would be forthcomingI never received the information or the replacement cabinetThey have also stopped reply to any message that I sendTo say I am less than pleased after more than a month is being overly polite
