Review: My husband was admitted into Sobertec four week recovery program for a total payment of $8000. I was told by [redacted] who was terminated from his position after my husband was admitted to the program, that the cost was $2000/week. I received a medical loan from Proper for $6000 and paid an initial $2000 through my Chase credit card. Once I received the loan, I paid the full amount to the company. My husband stayed for a total of two weeks (13 days to be exact). I have contacted the company a total seven times by phone, left my name and number with four different people and also on an answering machine. I have written emails to the company as well and have not received a response back from the company in the matter. They also charged my credit card for a plane ticket that was suppose to be covered by the $8000. This was an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I have filed a complaint with my bank and Prosper to to dispute the $4000 for payment of treatment not receivedDesired Settlement: I would like half the cost of payment, $4000, for treatment not received but paid for. I am also looking for reimbursement of the plane ticket that I was told was covered in the total price of treatment, $536.60
