I dont understang how you even say it yourself you got a hid light installed with warranty on the part, common sense says that if it says year warranty on the part you would have to bring in the part for warranty then they will replace it,
just like when I got buy brakes from my mechanic and he tells me they come with lifetime warranty on the partI cant go to my mechanic and be like hey my brakes are going out so I need you to replace my brakes for me then when he tells me he is going to charge me to take them off get mad at him and be like hey you said they have lifetime warranty for me and try tell him he has to replace the part and labor for me for the rest of his life, thats not the way warranty works on items, never did we or will we ever put year warranty on part and labor for a item items have a defect rate thats why the manufacture tells us to give out warranty since they are not all perfectalso we do stand behind the warranty on the item just like we say we do thats why we even give the warranty in writing not like hundreds of other shops that will tell u that u have warranty on something then when u go back to get the warranty they act like they dont know u we have always stuck behind our warranty on our items thats why we are now in a 6,sq foot building you dont get this size by being full of it with people

I do not except the response because of the poor treatment I feel that I am receiving from the business owner I'm honestly over the situation because I rather just not do business with this company again I took my car to another shop and received far better service with respect I appreciated with the Revdex.com had done SoCal accessories has lost my business that's all I have to say

Ok its fine with me years in business and your out of over 10,customers that wants to complain about it, and about the whole complaining part that we don't do work on Sunday just sale parts haha that's a first most people are surprised we are even open Sundays because most shops are closed Sunday we are open Sunday just to sale parts and so people that work Mon-sat have a day that they can take off there items and bring them in to have us warranty themI have heard so many times from so many people that they are so happy that we are open Sunday because 99% of shops like ours are closed that day and its there only free dayIts not that I completely don't care just the full part about u complaining about the sunday thing kinda *** me off we could of came to some type of different solution if you would of approached different like maybe calling on a weekday when I'm here and asking to speak with the owner or somethingalso as far as your warranty keep your warranty card because like I said we do stick behind warranty on our product as long as you keep your warranty card even if u don't want to deal with us if u have someone take off the kit for u, you can have them bring in your warranty card and we will test it on our machine and replace what went out on the itemHave a nice day
