I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
All of this is 100% blatant liesI could respond and break down each accusation one by one with documentation to prove that *** is completely delusional and psychotic, and if need be, I am happy to provide such documentation and statements from other families, coaches and past coaches and even written threatening correspondence from *** herselfHowever at this juncture I feel it unnecessary to lower myself to ***'s levelAll I can say is that as a business, they took my money for apparel and services that were not receivedI'm not looking to get involved in any drama which *** at SoCal seems adamant on pursuing, I just want my money back for items purchased that I did not receive, and services paid for that were not rendered
