My wife and I got hotels rooms from the quality inn in Lawton, OKThe hotel address is Quality Inn Cache Road, Lawton OK We had reservations from June 29th-July We ended up checking out of the hotel on June 30th due to the fact that our rooms had bugs everywhere in the room and that there was also a leak in the ceiling and we were on the first floorOn top of that when they cleaned the rooms they did not change out the linens and didnt even give us new toilet paperThey left the empty role still hanging on the toilet dispensaryMy wife also had to clean out all of the hair in the shower when we got thereSo then they moved us to different rooms and the same thing and we had the same issues with bugs again, so we ended up telling them that we are leaving and checked outThey claimed to have cleaned the bedrooms, and if thats true then either the cleaning people do not know how to clean or the hotel has a bug problemNone the less rooms had bugs in them

my daughter and I got our own rooms ,and when my daughter walked into her bathroom ,the tub was black with hair in it , so my daughter went straight to the office for her money back ,when my grandson got into the car there was a big bug crawling on him, from sitting on the bed minutes , and my husband and unfortunately stayed , we had been in the car hours, and were very tired and at first glance it looked ok, when I got up in the morning I was itching all over ,my husband pulled back the sheets to make sure nothing was left behind ,and there was a very big tick in bed with us bigger then I have ever seen ,and I live on acres in a rural area ,when he went to take a shower there was roaches , I was going to make a complaint with corporate ,but when I went to the Quality Inn corporate web site ,there was complaints worse and more horrifying then mine, so apparently they have done nothing about those ,and it was complaints from Florida to Kentucky ,you name it and ever one was appa
