Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would like to start by reiterating my phone call with [redacted] that took place on Monday November 30, 2015 at 11:22a.m. to the number [redacted]. On this call he stated he was [redacted] and he was the owner of [redacted]. As I stated in my original complaint, he was completely dismissive. He said he could not help me. So there was communication between [redacted] and I. Contrary to what he stated in his response. That same day, I sent him a message on Facebook at2:30p.m. which he never answered and a few hours later, he blocked any communication between him and I on Facebook. I have proof of both the call that I made to him and the message I sent him through Facebook as well. My third and final attempt of reaching [redacted] was on Saturday December 5, 2015 when I sent him a copy of a letter that I wrote to the apartment manager [redacted]. The letter was attempted to be delivered on Wednesday December 9, 2015 at 9:18a.m. at the address [redacted] but because [redacted] was not available to receive it, a notification was left for him to pick it up elsewhere. [redacted] never went to pick up my letter. I have proof of this as well. The issue [redacted] refers to in his response as having been resolved, has not be resolved at all. I still have several matters that need to be taken care of in my apartment. Also, and very much important, never did I state to anybody in management or anybody working in that property for that matter that I wanted to break my lease and not pay rent. This was never my intention and remains such. Proof of this is that I have remained on the property and have paid my rent on time every month. Another very important point, I never vacated the property. I am currently residing on the property and have been since my Move-In Day Friday November 20, 2015. I have paid rent on time every month for the almost 3 months I have lived on the property and will continue to do so. I have pictures of every money order written out before submitting it to the office, copies of each money order submitted and I have all the receipts given to me by a member of management of every money order I have turned in. I will be more than happy to provide all this proof or any other proof at anytime through out this process. I am not sure where [redacted] is gathering his information from but it is clear that either he is poorly misinformed and/or he is not aware in the least bit much less up to date of what occurs on his own property. Please, let me know if you have any questions. Hopefully this case will be reopened and again, I greatly apologize for my delay in answering. Thank You.
