Review: SoCalGaming.com is a Collectable Trading Card distributor and buyer. here I was able to Submit a list of cards I owned that SoCalGaming.com has listed prices for each card with an individual buying price. Once I submitted the list I awaited it to be either approved or denied in an e-mail. An e-mail finally came that my list was approved, thus the next step was for me to ship my cards to SoCalGaming.com. With tracking my package arrived there in 2days. Their customer service e-mail is bogus. It doesn't open a link and when trying to manually e-mail them with the address it automatically comes back as a message failed to send. SoCalGaming.com has about $170.00 worth of my items in their possession and they will not reply back to any of my questions through e-mail or Facebook. I either want the preferred payment of $166.65 (what the cards total came to be), i.e. buylist. Or I want my cards to be returned back to me.Desired Settlement: SoCalGaming.com is a Collectable Trading Card distributor and buyer. here I was able to Submit a list of cards I owned that SoCalGaming.com has listed prices for each card with an individual buying price. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Review: this business started an online buylist where people could sell cards to them. I had a bunch of old cards went thru the buylist system and sold $75.05 worth of cards and sent them in and got little to no response other then they was busy and they'd get it all sorted out. this was September 9th 2013. Get basicly no response till October 3rd which is when I was informed how busy they had been. and was told my payment was sent several times and yet got nothing. Earlier this month I've even contact the owner who asked me to use paypal which I couldn't at the time bg have since cleared up and not receive payment or and response in several weeks. this has been ongoing since the beginning of September 2013 and has gone on lone enoughDesired Settlement: I want the owner/business to pay me my owed $75.05 that has been owed me since September of last year there is no reason it should take this long to receive a payment

Review: After submitting an inquiry with the company on October 12 about a potential sale of a very rare trading card for a card game they advised that they would provide me with $80 cash or store credit. I followed the proper request form, electing for store credit to use to purchase additional cards with, and they stayed in contact advising they accepted the offer and would provide payment upon receipt. On October 19 I sent the merchandise via USPS Priority 2 day shipping to both insure the package and meet their guideline of 7 days from date of acceptance to get the product to them. I have since contacted them 3 times to request payment as specified on their website with no written response nor any payment yet. I have filed my claim with the USPS and additionally wish to file a claim about their business practices.Desired Settlement: I am requesting return of my merchandise or the payment of the purchase agreement which I can provide upon request.

Review: I sent in an order of cards for socalgaming to buy from me the order was accepted and I am waiting on payment I have emailed them and tried calling them but have gotten no response I sent an order value of $130.25 USD and I ether want my cards back or my moneyDesired Settlement: I ether want my money $130.25 or my cards back

I had submitted playing cards to this company with a company printed submission document that stated they would pay me $106.00 for my cards. The company received my cards, but never paid me for them. It's awful. They refuse to return emails to me, or contact me in any other manner. I will never see my cards again orhahhhaa any funds for them.

I sent in playing cards that are worth a few hundred dollars back in June. It has been four months and I have still yet received payment for the cards I sent in. The business owner will not answer or return calls or emails. SoCal Gaming has been a major inconvenience and has demonstrated terrible costumer service.
