Review: On September 16, 2015 I signed up for a free trial of TechRockies (a branch of SoCalTech). That same day I emailed customer service to cancel my free membership and got no response. I followed up with another email on Oct. 1 after my credit card was charged $24.95 against my authorization. I also called the customer service number provided and on the website that same day and left a message to cancel the membership. I never received a call back. I emailed and called again on October 30th and again on November 30th, again no response.

This company continues to charged my credit $24.95 each month for the past 4 months after I have repeatedly contacted them to cancel and have been repeatedly ignored.

I have emails and call records to prove this terrible company is charging my credit card against my will.Desired Settlement: Refund the past 4 months of charges totaling $99.80. Cancel my subscription immediately.
