Soccer Loco

Today is the fourth time I have been to Soccer Loco and they were closed during their advertised business hours The first time I went there, on a Friday at pm, the door was locked with no sign or anything saying they were closed The website clearly says that the Carlsbad store is open from 11-on Friday The next time I went on a Saturday morning at 10:and they were also closed with no signage posted The website says the store is open from 10-on Saturdays The third time I went on a Sunday, I called beforehand and asked for the store hours The gentleman said 12- I arrived at 3:and went inside only to be told that they were closed The website states that their hours on Sunday are 12- Today, Monday, I again drove the minutes with my three children to purchase new cleats I arrived at 3:and we opened the door to see three male employees watching tv They immediately told us that they were closed for a lunch break and to come back in minutes The only reason I keep coming back to this store is because this is the only place I can purchase gear for my children's competitive soccer teams The few times that I have been in the store when it was open they were extremely unhelpful, not knowledgable of the products they carry and rarely seem to have anything in stores or online

Review: My son's soccer league utilizes Soccer Loco for all player to order supplies/ equipment. This is a standard order for required supplies and equipment, e.g. ONE TEAM BACKPACK. The website is designed to easily allow for consumer ordering error, e.g. There is NO PROMPT if more than one of the "required items" is ordered, e.g. 2 Backpacks.

I accidentally ordered 2 Backpacks. The backpacks come with a couple of minimal "custom features" (numbers and a team logo cheaply secured to a Nike brand backpack. When calling to resolve this issue, I received terrible customer service, all the way up to the Scottsdale Soccer Team Account Manager, [redacted]. Customer service representatives were rude and provided terrible customer service. I received no opportunity for an item exchange or return for refund or store credit. There is an unjust, unforgiving return policy in place, with a website designed to encourage consumer ordering error. I received absolutely no resolution from Soccer Loco.Desired Settlement: Return of 1 backpack for refund or store credit.

When a customer goes to our website to order their Scottsdale Soccer Club gear, the minimum quantity for certain items is set. In this case the minimum quantity for the backpack is set at 1. The quantity will remain at 1 unless a user clicks the drop down themselves and changes it to two. There is no other way for the quantity to change to 2 without user interaction. If a mistake was made and the user accidentally added two backpacks to their cart, the error should have been seen in the shopping cart when reviewing the order before checkout.
