We have a No refund Policy and there is a contract for a reason, once one of things on the contract is violated the contract is broken by youOnce again in regards to the facility your family members could have asked for my contact info without giving you the reason to tell me what they were unhappy about, but again we are here because you are NOT getting your refund back, had you followed the contract we wouldn't be here, you would of received your deposit back and would have been a happy customer and kept it movingI don't need the recommendations for business so your network of moms wouldn't make a difference, but Thank you! Now I will not be going back and forth, everything was on paperwork and whats on it is for a reason, I never agree to having tables and chairs out for you as I NEVER Have them out for any customers because it is your job to put the things back where they go, in regards to calling me to see where things were? you speak like the space in humongous and has multiple rooms, everything is out so once again not sure what your trying to imply with such commentWith the contract and dates, I am human and maybe made a mistake with the original date but it was corrected so if we get audited I have nothing to hideWe work with a certain time frame for our events for a reason, at the end of the day we are a business not a charityThe same way you work hard for your money and are upset for not getting back your deposit, have you tried putting yourself in my position? You still had guest on premises when you weren't suppose to family or friends, when we pay for permits for events they don't care, second you went over 1AM which automatically forfeited your deposit, I have a babysitter and kids to run to tooI Had to pay extra time because my clients decided to stay longerThis is what puts food on my table and it's not coming out of my pocket because you couldn't stick to your time frame that you paid forI SENT A COURTESY TEXT to ask you to please have people leave so that I could give you back your deposit back, I Hate when this occurs bc believe me I do want to give clients back their deposits but that's the issue, you only see your stance and fail to acknowledge mineStop only victimizing yourself and defending your stance, point blank is NO GUEST WERE SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE SPACE AFTER only the ones cleaning on cameras don't lie, you had people sitting around hanging out NOT HELPING CLEAN and second your cleaning was done past AMTherefore once again, you are not getting back your deposit as you are not entitled to it for breaking the contract

So of course they are not going to tell me the had to clean up soccer equipment and stuff before they started setting up for my partyIt was my baby shower, why stress me out!!! I did contact you that afternoon to ask where certain things were if you can even recall thatRegardless you must follow your business policy, which you did not because if you did you would realize your bonded by a verbal agreement as wellYou had no staff member to greet us, let alone attend to us at any time. You said coolers not storage bins, big difference. I clearly remember asking you before signing the contract to have the chairs and table put in the enclosed space and you agreed And as a matter of fact....you got upset when I contacted you on the afternoon of 1/**/17, not me! Our phone conversation went left very quickly from your end, you kept retracting ever excuse you made upYou absolutely showed no professionalism, you can tell from your lack of customer service skills. Their was a snow storm the day of the event, and you didn't even bother to ask if the party was still onJust because you own a business does not mean, you know how to run one. I left these reviews and open this claim with the Revdex.com, knowing that I may not get my full or even partial deposit back! Instead may this help another customer be aware what they will get into by doing business with you....I DO NOT, work off of emotions, just off honesty and integrity. And lets talk about honesty, the paper/emailed invoice dates are off by days. I never meet you or contacted you until September *** to view and book your venueYou back dated the invoice to 08/**/2016, and booked without a deposithmmm sounds dishonest to me! Did you know finagling your books can call for an audit, considering taxes must be reported quarterlyBut you knew that as a business owner right!!! On this note, sadly we do live in a world were people will try to get over by taking advantage of youYou surly did, just because you have a written contract or video footage a verbal contract is just the same you seize to come to terms with yetI have a network of mothers that I would have recommend to your businessBut between the lack of customer service and dishonesty, I'd rather take any of my future business elsewhereTrust me it's your loss not, mine!!!!I even attached the proof from text messages and invoice that show how misleading you come across

The Deposit is Fully refundable as long as you follow and cooperate with the following; There are No fights, No hanging out in the outside premises of the Venue or Hallways, No trash in hallways or stair cases, No hanging out in the roof area, NO SMOKING NO Vandalism ( Broken Chairs included) You
don't go over your time ( Even One minute) and you return the place as given ( You are provided with Brooms, garbage picker upper, Vacuum and garbage bags, it is your job to leave the place as we give it to you CLEAN) Please check premises before starting your event and after to ensure you have followed all these steps in order to get back a FULL REFUND, we do NOT PROVIDE PARTIAL DEPOSITS BACK, Once one of these things are done we will not return the depositWe have the right to terminate an event if things get out of hand, such as the hanging out in hallways or venue premises, door downstairs is not kept closed ( There is a big sign that the door must be closed at all times) and music volume is not kept at a level that is reasonable and approved by one of our staff membersTrash needs to be brought downstairs and to the left of the building is the dumpster where trash is thrown away, In the event your garbage bags leak while they are being taken downstairs it is YOUR Job to mop the floorIf trash is not thrown away in the dumpster, deposit is automatically forfeited. Attached is the description of your deposit paymentWe gave a curtesy of hour for you to clean and you still went over time. It also states to check premises before, you had my number to text me what you were unhappy of how it was before starting. Tables and chairs are always located on the outside buffet area and you were told this the day you came in to book, exactly why you placed them back where they were. Our oversized storage containers were shown to you when you came to book so I'm not sure why your going there nowOur rating on Revdex.com is because of people that are upset like you that don't abide by contractsAll I can say is we live in a world where if things don't go your way you go about your business to bring businesses down and that's ok I'm not going to go back and forthLack of professionalism because we didn't call you to inform you that you would not be getting your deposit? I believe I was clear when I told you that you still had guest on premises when you weren't suppose to and then you went over 1AM, but I guess everyone lives in their own world and automatically assume things like you did that you would be getting back your deposit NO ONE ROBBED YOUR DEPOSIT I promise you that had you followed and kept to the agreement that you signed for you would have had your $back and this review wouldn't be here Thank you for your review

Attached is the contract that states all rules for usage of our venue. This client did not Follow the contract. She left the place extremely dirty and left the venue after 12 AM. Attached is also the MEMO On the elevator which was left by the building owner to all tenants. The contract for this...

woman stated that elevator shuts down by 10PM, Unfortunately this is something we have no control over. Please investigate our venue, but first lets start off with you asking your friend from her event in september if she got back her deposit? I can answer it for you, the ANSWER IS YES & This is what happens when people follow the contract, they get their deposits back. The contract for this person also states to check the venue before and after to ensure it is intact, if she had issues of it being "dirty" why didnt she disclosed this before hand? The bathroom is shared with another business on the same floor so you blaming us for it is irrational. Please see all attached proof in regards to this case. In regards to the leaks, there is one by the back window where the AC IS, This is a natural nature of AC'S, no where around this client and her guest
