Bad experience Took the car in, when they met us they guaranteed us excellent service We paid them 50% down at delivering the vehicle .After weeks they were ready for us to pick up the car as promisedWe were not happy with a few items and they promised to fix and for us to come back next week We paid them and addition 40% as per there request as they needed the money to finish the jobWhen we returned the following week work was somewhat completed but the installation of the chrome trim was wavy and looked terrible They then stated that it was a manufacturing fault and that they would attempt to fix the problem, but that it was our fault that we were not happy and that we should have taken it a better qualified shop if we wanted a quality jobWe then checked back every week for over a monthWhen they finally called us to come get the car molding had dents We complained about the issues to the owner of a company that we are not satisfied with the workBut rather then helping us and try to solve a problem he started threatening us and told us to give him remaining $or he would keep our car a sell for his money owed that we were bad customers and that he was unable to give us a quality job that he had promised yet he demanded full payment and refused to fix the problemHe then put the car in his locked yard call he shop workers and threatened us that if we did not leave he was calling the policeWe stated please contact the police as we are unsatisfied customers and we would like to report his rude and vulgar behavior by all means please call policeThe police came asked that they release our car after nearly months for a week paint job we paid the remainder $against our will to get our car from being held hostageWe don't recommend anyone to go thereThey will take your money and will not fix your carAnd if you complain about bad car job they will hold your car and tell you- give the money or we are keeping your carThey will also in attempt to get your money will accuse you of trespassing the property and call cops
