Their app BIGtoken has not paid me in over 2 months, I merely want all monies earned in their app, paid to me now, not 25% i've waited over 2 months 4
I requested my 25% payment from the BIGtoken app on 3/10 so it's now been 1 1/2 months and I have not received my payment. They did this same thing the last time I requested payment.

This app is owned by SRAX and I merely want to receive ALL (not 25%) of the money I have earned in this app, which amounts to $30.81, immediately so I can then delete this app for good. I have attempted communication without any response whatsoever. I have been able to contact SRAX who continues telling me to contact BIGtoken.

I don't even believe SRAX knows what is going on with this app. They take our data, use it, get paid for it and when it comes time to pay us they don't want to.

That's crap and I want to be paid in full period.

Desired Outcome

I demand to be paid in full, not the 25% they want to send me, but in full for a minimum of $31.00 which they owe me. In truth I believe I should get extra for the hassle of having to file complaints such as this in order to get my money.

BIGtoken, built by SRAX (Nasdaq: SRAX), is the first consumer-managed data marketplace where people can own and earn from their data. Through a transparent platform and consumer reward system, BIG provides consumers choice, transparency and compensation for their data.

Selling access to, and thereby the sale of user data is not implemented at this time. BIGtoken does not yet have a marketplace for the buying and selling of access to the user's information in the form of market sell-able segments of user data. Therefore, there is no pre-determined pricing structure in place.

Due to this current implementation, user data pricing is an estimation of the expected value of their data. This can be verified within this user's screenshot whereby it states "EST. USD" Therefore, the statement "They take our data, use it, get paid for it and when it comes time to pay us they don't want to." is not a valid statement or complaint. BIGtoken is effectively paying "out of pocket" for user data.

Specifically, see sections below:
"Without limiting the preceding sentence, we may impose requirements or conditions prerequisite to redeeming points, restrictions on how many points may be redeemed at any time or over a period of time and such other rules conditions or restrictions as we deem prudent in our sole discretion. You represent and warrant that you comply with all such rules, conditions and restrictions."

"If, in our sole discretion, points are earned in violation of these Terms of Use and/or ay terms, requirements or restrictions set forth within the Platform, or while a User is in violation of any of the forgoing, then we may cause such points to be forfeited by a user, and update the user's account accordingly."

The user's statement "I merely want all monies earned in their app, paid to me now, not 25%" is a business decision since the beginning of data payments as a policy to protect against over or underestimation of data valuation for both the user and for BIGtoken, Inc. This user has agreed to abide by these rules by utilizing our platform.

Last, the user's statement "I have attempted communication without any response whatsoever" is not a valid statement either. We have communicated with this user multiple times via email trying to explain the situation but the user will not accept our reasons.

May I get the both the 25% ($5) requested 2 months ago and 25% of the balance left ($20) ??

I will then be finished with this complaint and there will be no further communications between myself and this company or it's app.

At this moment, we are not processing payments for our users due to a extensive development cycle in which, we will launch a new earning and payment system.
We will process all pending payments after the launch.

They may say what they may, however they continue to advertise that they "pay for your data" when you download and use their app; a screenshot of which has been attached to this complaint. Since this company is unwilling to pay me out of the app, I am now forced to other measures which WILL include the federal government since this is clearly a case of fraud.. If I do not receive the $31 I have earned while using their app, up until this point, I will file a complaint with the FTC, among other agencies by the close of business on Friday, May 8, 2020.

This Inc, runs an app called BIGtoken. They advertise that if you sell your data by answering their questions they they will pay you for it. It started out great. I was paid out on time for 3 months. They advertise that once you redeem your points you will receive payment within 2 weeks. They have not paid myself nor their users in over a month. I've been waiting for my 4th payment for 5 weeks. Other users are also not being paid. When I emailed them about this, they just respond with the same automated response that everybody isreceiving.

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business Pay me what I earned by doing what they advertise.
