Review: I engaged [redacted] for Coaching Services and pre-paid for 12 sessions for $750.Out of the first 9 sessions I missed 1 with and [redacted] missed "3" with less than 1 hours notice or no notice whatsoever.I couldn't continue to schedule around his late notice and no call/show meetings so I formally canceled the agreement and requested the pro-rated sessions of 6 out of 12 = 50% refund (I even gave him credit for the meeting I canceled with 24 hour notice). The total refund requested on 6/14/2013 was $375.With no response on 6/25/2013 I followed up by email and requesting the refund. That day he responded that his team would be responding to me the next week at which time they will place my request for refund. With no response the following week I followed up by email and text on 7/5/2013 requesting the refund at which time he requested that I only followup by email. He most notably stated that his team has 90 days to respond to request to stop service and once they have a response it can take another 45 days for a refund to be processed. The contract states that either party can cancel the contract at anytime and that the parties agree to settle financially for all coaching sessions received to date. I have yet to hear a word from [redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund of $375 for pro-rated sessions to date

I truly apologize for this client wasting your time, Mr. [redacted] was told well in advance that my grandfather was passing away and that I would need to reschedule our appointment together. Mr. [redacted] has been harassing me with e-mails, text messages, and phone calls demanding I pay him $375.00 for our services, Mr. [redacted] has also been threatening me with reporting me to the Revdex.com and which time I told him what he was doing is black mail and is in no way acceptable.

On August 5th after repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages my company wrote a response to all of Mr. [redacted]'s claims. In our contract together it explains that our sessions together can be used in a form of e-mail and/or text messages and since Mr. [redacted] constantly made threatening emails and text messages informing our company if we do not meet his demands he is going to report us to the Revdex.com.

Our organization constantly deals with those who may have mental health challenges and addiction disorders, we have sent Mr. [redacted] a letter of responses to his claims along with a check for $61.50 the amount in which he is owed for the 1 session he missed and we then received even more complaints that it wasn't good enough for him and until he receives $375.00 from our organization he is going to continue to report our organization along with our partner organization the Family & Youth Roundtable to the Revdex.com. I apologize if this is out of line but our organization refuses to deal with terrorist demands and we would request that Mr. [redacted] no longer contacts us before we have to take legal action for his slandering statements & black mail demands.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I contacted the [redacted] on 7/5/2013 stating if the dispute was resolved any complaints I made to the Revdex.com would be removed (trying to be a reasonable person). After 3 weeks of no resolution I contacted the Revdex.com to discuss the matter at which time they stated a Revdex.com complaint can't be removed. Prior to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com I notified [redacted] on 7/25/2013 that a Revdex.com complaint is irreversible.
