I've had several issues with this companyI am a member of one of it's daughter sites ***I have been a member for yearsIn that time I have had to cancel my account to dispute billing issues as they were billing me twice and refused to do anything about itI enjoyed the friendships that I've been able to develop because of the site so I did rejoin but as a non-paid memberThey outsource their billing and accept no responsibility for the system that's usedMy second issue occurred recentlyI posted a link in the chat room to an article about Microsoft Windows and one of the moderators told me to stop posting virusesI told them it was not their responsibility to secure each user's computers (as stated in their terms of service)This moderator called me a few choice names and banned meTo resolve this issue I submitted a trouble ticket with a request to lift the ban, I called the number listed on the site (which has not been set up), emailed the SocialCo directly, and then finally I looked up their LLC Charter for direct contact information to which the owner told me that "he trusted his moderators to do what's right and that he can not do anything about my ban." When I challenged that statement he said that he could actually lift the ban but he wasn't going toHe did not offer to look into the situation nor did he seem interestedI told him that was effed and hung upIf you're looking to freely exchange ideas and information with other nudists, this is not the media for youYou will be silenced if they do not approve of or like what you are saying

They outsource their billing and accept no responsibility for the system that's used.
My second issue occurred recently. I posted a link in the chat room to an article about Microsoft Windows and one of the moderators told me to stop posting viruses. I told them it was not their responsibility to secure each user's computers (as stated in their terms of service). This moderator called me a few choice names and banned me.
