Sociallity Access Now

This company charged my bank account I know not how and I cannot get in touch with them to question these charges. The phone number listed on the website is not a working number and I have tried emailing them. They have a message form on the website but every time I try to send a message, it gives me an error message and tells me to try again later. I do not want this charging to continue and I am not sure how to get my money back or how to make sure they do not charge me again.
