Dear Representative for the Revdex.com,We received a request to refund the customer, on 3/ We refunded her daughter's card on 3/27, but failed to respond toe the email requesting a refund This failure to respond caused her to believe we were refusing her request, which is
incorrect.The buyer stated that we falsely represented ourselves as associated with the *** ***, however we received approval to use their name on the referenced invitation sent to the buyer.Best Regards,The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement
