Socks Rock

Terrible and slow service. The customer support team doesn't reply. So, I paid for the socks and express production and specified that I need them by a certain date. 2 weeks after I receive an email that my order was cancelled since they suspect fraudulent behavior. No explanations, no replies. I don't even know if they will refund me. Very disappointed since I don't have time to order socks from another company.

I placed an order from Socks Rock through their website for a small number of custom socks I needed a quick turnaround on my order, so I paid an additional fee for a rush on my order and expedited (two-day) shipping My credit card was promptly charged for the entire order plus the expedited delivery prior to even sending me the artwork to approve I paid for a two-week rush on the order days after my credit card was charged, I reached out to get a tracking number for my order A day after reaching out for a tracking number, they e-mailed me a shipping confirmation with a fake tracking number When I contacted them regarding the issue with the tracking number, I was told to check back with UPS at the end of the business day because perhaps it just wasn't in the system yet It has now been days since they sent me the tracking number for a 2nd Day UPS Air shipment UPS doesn't recognize the tracking number I have reached out to the company during regular business hours v

An order was placed on April 5, 2018, Order #*** I contacted mid April to inquire about our order I was told that we would have it in hand by April 27, I called Monday, April 30, because we had not received the order I have yet to get a straight answer as to where or order is The last conversation when I spoke with Barry, was that we would have the order by "the end of the week" they were putting a "rush" on it Barry stated that they refunded half the purchase price, but we have not received it
