I am rejecting this response because:I called in to order & I specifically stated I tow a landscape trailer and plow snowI also asked about a better clutch and was told not to spend the extra moneyTheir warranty clearly states it covers materials and workmanship It is their materials and their workmanshipThey are the manufacturerThey only offered me dollars off & said that was all they could do The representative was NOT willing to work with me at all, which is why I filed a complaint Additionally, the representative was extremely unprofessional on the phone and did nothing but attempt to weasel their way out of their own warrantyThere are other complaints about them onlineIf need be I will bring this to small claims court!

This customer called and stated he "burnt up his clutch" while plowing heavy wet snowOur warranty which is the standard automotive industry warranty and guarantee states that premature wear and burnt out clutches are not coveredOur sales person offered to work with this customer and offered
special pricing for a replacement of which he refusedThere is nothing more that we can doI would also like to address the fact that he states we recommended a clutchWe would have never recommended the clutch he purchased had he said he plowed snowWe can only recommend the proper clutch when the true use of the vehicle is shared with us by the customerThis customer did not do so
