[redacted] I received a phone call from Soda-Creek Western Outfitters this morning from (I believe she said her name was [redacted] ) the daughter of ***She apologized for the delay and said her parents were out of the country She called the manufacturer of the bench and was told they hadn't even started the order yet and so she cancelled it She said a refund will be issued Of course if we do receive the refund, that will fully resolve the matter Thank you
