Sodastream’s Customer Service Manager reached out to the customer immediately after this complaint was filed They walked through the troubleshooting process and concluded the machine was not faulty The customer was not satisfied with the sound the carbonating device made on the model of the machine The machine was sent back to our warehouse and a new machine (different model) was sent out to the customer Customer was very satisfied
