Soderburg was an excellent company to work with and we would recommend them in a heartbeat They were very efficient and honest and open to communication They touched base with us several times via phone and in person to make sure all of our needs were met The whole process was painless- even dealing with our insurance company thanks to their face-to-face communication It's a family-run business that you can trust It was quick and easy for us and our roof looks great!

After a tornado a few miles away wrought horrid results on our neighborhood's roofs, we suffered a 3-month surge of ambulance-chasing roofers sifting through our streetsOf all the roofs I saw replaced, none were worth bragging overAfter being accosted by every tom-***-harry's door-knocking promise to re-roof my home when they finished at my neighbor, I quickly stopped answering the door and began plans to complete the job myselfSeveral months later when a Soderburg employee knocked on my door, I VERY skeptically listenedI liked what I heard, but mostly I LOVED the sincere authenticity I felt behind the wordsI was promised transparency in dealing with my insurance company and the countyWithin a week, I found myself oggeling my new roof and I'm still shocked how fabulously they handled absolutely EVERYTHING with my insurance companyToday, they are replacing my folks' roof!

Richard C*** went above and beyond with helping me get my room, he explained everything step of the way and was always available to answer all my questions Day of the installation of my roof went fabulous with no issues, Soderburg is a very professional company that make the process very easy and comforting Would use them and recommend them highly

These guys were greatI knew I had needed a new roof but didn't know the extent of damage my roof had sustained Soderberg came in, explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done and even came out when my insurance adjuster came to make sure to point out how bad the roof really wasThey did a great job

House siding started to buckle after monthsWe call Joel (Business owner) to come over and look at the siding and do any repairs that was needed under warranty The down spouts needed fixed as wellAll of this work was done by SoderburgEvery time we would call him, he would tell us a date when someone be by to fix and repair siding but on one would show upWhen I would call and ask him why no one showed up, he would give me an excuse that he was too busyI called him at least to timesI finally told him I was going to file complaint with the Revdex.com and he hung up on meI have found him to be unreliable and untrustworthyI just want the problems to be fixed and move on

We are sorry for how everything has worked out first of all.  We switched siding crews about a month after we finished you're job.  We initially wanted the work to be completed and fixed by the same person due to installation error.  That didn't happen and I apologize about the...
