Sent: Monday, September 21, 11:AMTo: drteamSubject: Case Id # [redacted] Vanguard Motors [redacted] Phone: [redacted] *** Fax: [redacted] Revdex.com Case # [redacted] - Vanguard Motors Dear Dispute Resolution Team The customer, [redacted] , reached out to Vanguard Motors shortly after purchasing the car stating there were two issuesVanguard Motors asked her to bring the car back to us and we would get the two issues fixed for her One of the issues was the A/C was not blowing cold air and the other was the tire pressure lightWhen the customer brought the car back to us we thought it was going to be as simple as adding coolant to the A/C however, the compressor ended up be bad and it had to be replacedIt took a couple of days for our mechanic to get the compressor in for the mechanic to replace itOnce the compressor came in and was replaced we then took the car to have the tires looked atThe A/C compressor issue is the reason for keeping the car for five days in which the customer did not disclose in her original complaintThe tire shop looked at each one of the tires and found a small beading issue around the rim of the passenger front tireThe tire shop then look the tire off the rim, scrubbed the rim, and put the tire back on the rimOnce the tire shop was done with tire the tire pressure sensor light was offWhen the customer came to pick the car back up from us the tire pressure light was not onThe customer picked the car up and was happy with the steps which had been taken to take care of the issuesThe customer also signed an As Is form and a We Own Nothing form the day she paid and picked up the car on 6/19/If there were further issues with the car after replacing the A/C compressor and having the one tire which was causing the tire pressure light issue why did she not reach out the owner for further help? When each customer leaves our office they leave with all paperwork they signed as well as the owner’s business card which includes his personal cell phone number for clients to be able to reach himFurthermore the tires for this car are $each at NTB which means the customer may have went to another tire store for more expensive tires Once again she did purchase the car by signing an As Is and We Own Nothing formsWe have already exceeded those terms by replacing the A/C compressor and by having all the tires checked and having the one fixed in which was causing the tire pressure light to come onWe feel though as we should not have to pay for the tires Regards Abraham F [redacted] President Vanguard Motors,Inc [redacted] Ave [redacted] phone: [redacted] Cell: [redacted] ***Fax: office: [redacted] ***
