mFirst we would like to start off that The wall she is claiming we hit , is falsetheir wall was already torn down before we started on their neighbors job [redacted] actually asked us to give her a bid on a new wall and landscaping, but our price was out of her budget Her yard was not well maintained We offered to lay sod down and she declined because the new sod would not match the rest of her yard(her grass that we did not touch was already destroyed )We spoke with [redacted] just recently a couple weeks ago , and told her we would come out and lay MORE topsoil , seed and straw soon as the rain would let off , because how much rain we have been getting the last couple weeks, it would just wash everything away.Then we get this complaint on Revdex.com from her? We just went out there today 4//for the second time doing this and laid the topsoil seed and strawWe have permits on this job and had it inspected and passedYou can contact the county to getCITY OF BALLWINJohn called [redacted] to let her know we are there, and [redacted] cussed at john laughed at him about this Revdex.com complaint and said that our company is losers.Attached are pictures from today 4/6/ We also were told by the neighbors who we did a job for , that [redacted] is now making them move their fence back inches( we are not doing the fence job)Thank You,SOELL LAWN AND LANDSCAPE

Our company received a letter in the mail of a complaint from a customer.Customer Name:*** ***Mr.*** is saying our company did not put down sealant.Our company did complete everything listed on the contract.We put down pea gravel and gator dust We put down the sealant for the pea
gravel (what the customer is saying we did not do)Soell Lawn and Landscape completed the job

***, What a story We had to wait on *** management to approve everything and also we had to wait on you We have emails showing us messaging you about the job Was a game of tagWe will no longer let people take advantage of our company We have text
messages showing that the steps you wanted were way out of your budget and us telling you that, you signed the contracted that states what will be used and you were fine with BC of the price You did NOT want to pay $16K for the stone stepsSo the steps you got is what you could afford We hired a electrician out of our pocket to check on your lights, your lights not working had nothing to do With our company We also paid $out of our pocket new lights for you just being the nice people we are (even though we did nothing to your lights) john went and met with you numerous timesIt's just one of those jobs no matter what you do you can't make the person happy Everyone wants a hand out We said to you we will put in the steps you want but you refuse to pay what it cost I'm sorry *** you can say what you want about john, saying he unprofessional, but we will not allow someone to treat us / our employees with disrespectWe did nothing wrong Your job looks great Take it to courtWe have proof with messages and signatures for everything I'm not sure what else to say to you I'm sorry your unhappy As we have told you in person, we have no problem giving you the stone steps you want but it will cost more money

Hello, I did send a email responding to this complaint back in august Sorry you did not receive. The job was completed per what was listed on the contractCustomer Ray Pass wanted our company to do extra work that was not in the contract. I have attached proof of permits that the job passed, also attached is before pictures of the job and pictures of the work we have been doing at [redacted]s house.[redacted] did not sign up until the dead of winter. We had ice, sleet etc weather while we were doing the job at [redacted]s...

house. Our contract states weather permitting. This was a very dangerous job on a very steep hill. We could not work in icy conditions. We had to do the job by hand because it was located on a cliff. We did way more then the 10% of work [redacted] is claiming . As you can see in the pictures we have completed the amount of money we have collected. The tear out alone is way more then 10% of work, it was all done by hand .

I'm sorry , but we really dont understand the complaint .. The job is completed. We did return calls. What is Mr[redacted] wanting us to do? We completed everything that was on the contract.  Thank You,Soell Lawn and Landscape

I am currently out of the country and will not be back until early Oct.  I will respond when I return.  I do however wish this complaint to remain open as I am not satisfied with this response.
