But we allow 14 days or two weeks for customers to do so. Almost 6 months later customer contacted us that some of her chairs and table Top were loose. I suggested a simple screwdriver or wrench would tightened them. Not being the answer customer was looking for, her mother took the phone from her to demand I take care of it, then about 10 minutes later her adult brother called making the same demands and threatened to "ruin my business via social media". Customer and her brother has attempted to extort the solution they want via social media and now the Revdex.com. I have attempted to contact customer via phone and social media to arrange a technician to go to her home and take care of the issues. Hopefully she and I will link up on this to remedy the situation. Sincerely, Mamie M[redacted]

Review: In January of 2015 I purchased approximately $8,000 of furniture from Mamie, the owner of Sofa Creations. The furniture was delivered in May of 2015. Upon delivery, a technician that works for Sofa Creations and/or was retained by them assembled some of my furniture, including the table and chairs with which I have an issue.

I noticed a few weeks ago that an item in my order, a table and 6 chairs, was loose and wobbly. Upon further inspection of one of the chairs, I noticed that the bolts that hold the chair together were so loose they could be tightened by hand. I did not use the table and chairs frequently as I am a single person and have not had occasion since purchasing them to have 6 people over.

I contacted Mamie and asked her to have a technician come to my house and tighten the bolts on the chairs and table. She refused as I did not contact her immediately after delivery. I was not aware that there was a limitation on time in regards to fixing a problem, especially one that is a result of an agent of hers.

Mamie could only suggest that she would send a technician out my expense - a cost of approximately $40-$50 per hour.Desired Settlement: I would like her to send someone out to simply tighten the table and chairs - essentially to stand behind the products that she sold me.
