July 29th, Complaint ID [redacted] The Customer and our service department spoke on the phone July 9th as indicated by the customerThe customer spoke of the alleged incident that had happened while bringing their old furniture to the basementWe responded by informing the customer that we would need to look into the situation and speak to the delivery crew that was in the customers home that dayOur delivery crew said they were unaware of damaging the customers home or the old furniture, in addition, the customer had signed the delivery invoice stating they received all items in good condition- and no additional notation of any items being damaged was madewe then called the customer back to tell them our delivery crews side of the storyThe customer did not agree with our response and told us he has picture proof of the couch "before" and "after" our deliveryWe asked that to be forwarded to our service department and we would review againThe only pictures the customer forwarded were the "after" pictures and has refused to send the "before" pictures that he told us he hasWe would like to review the pictures of the customers couch before we were at his home, which the customer told us he has, and then we will review again and I am sure we can come to an agreementRegards, [redacted]
