Sofa Mart

We ordered sofa and the recliner from sofa mart, Davenport, IA. They took almost 3 weeks time to get the recliner delivered. But when it was delivered to my home, there was a damage on the backside of the recliner. I contacted the sofa mart lot many times for this issue. They said, the sales person will contact us, but he never did that in spite of my continuous follow up calls. Very poor customer service. Now I really don't know what todo with this damaged recliner.
