Review: We have had a problem with the padding in our furniture. Both the couch and love seat need padding,but its seems that they don't seem to care . When we put the recliners up it;s like you are putting your legs on metal and is very uncomfortable. We have been dealing with the owner and he keeps forgetting to help us. This has been going on for 1 !/2 years and we are fed up. We have left time warrenty so we would like the furniture replaced.Desired Settlement: We would like both the couch and love seat replaced.We are very tired of dealing with this man.

We were extremely pleased with Sofa Outlet and Mr. A[redacted]. We purchased 2 mattress/box spring sets and had to deal with an issue which was not the fault of Sofa Outlet in any way. The customer service provided by Mr. A[redacted] dealt directly with the issue and totally resolved the issue. We will be back in the future to Sofa Outlet in the future and would highly recommend Sofa Outlet.

Review: On October 19, 2015, I purchased a 2 piece sectional from Sofa Outlet. I was advised that because I wanted the chaise on the left hand side, the sofa would have to be special ordered and that takes about 30 days. That appeared reasonable and so I placed the order and paid in full.

About half way through the 30 days I made several attempts and left messages to get a status update. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone the gentleman told me it would be about 10 more days. The 10 days past and it became 30 days and I did not hear anything.

On November 19, I was able to reach someone on the phone I was told that the issue was with the shipping company and he needed to find out what the status was and would call me back later that day. I was contacted a couple of hours later only to be notified that no word was received from the shippers and I would be contacted as soon as they were able to get a hold of them. No follow up calls were made that day so I left a message the next day to get a status update with no response.

Extremely frustrated by the poor communication that I asked my parents, who live locally, to go to the store so that some would physically call me back. This was on November 21. Apparently a message was left to the wrong number. Since it was a Saturday he wouldn't be able to contact the shippers and doesn't know what's on the trucks that deliver to the store. He said that he would call me on November 23 and try and get a delivery date.

I was contacted on the 23 but was told that the sofa was not in that weeks delivery maybe the following week and that he would continue to try and get information. He assured me he would call me on December 1 with a status update. No call was ever received at either my home or cell number.

On Dec 2 I sent an email to the store specifically asking for details with nothing in writing but get weekly phone calls saying couch is coming with no other specific info.Desired Settlement: I want confirmation in writing that the couch will be delivered on or before January 7. If this cannot be guaranteed and the couch cannot be delivered by that date then I want a full refund. If I do not have resolution to this matter by January 15 then I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges for lack of service. (At that time I will be going on 3 months with no couch). Well beyond reasonable.

The customer reached out to Revdex.com and said the business is resolving this directly with her and stated a refund would be provided. This information was given to her on Monday by phone and as long as that is followed through will she considers this resolved. She stated she would contact Revdex.com back if there are any issues with the promised refund.

Review: I ordered a sofa 2 months ago and have not received it yet. After waiting a few weeks we contacted the store and they said the sofa was on the way, then when we called a few days later and they didn't know where the sofa was, then they said they would call us back, they never did. We constantly call and get the run around about where the sofa is, now almost 2 months later we just want our money back and not have to deal with all the lies and run around anymore, but the refuse to talk to us. I do not want to do busy with this company that will not even return my calls after I spent a good amount of money with them.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned to me and not do business with this company at all.

Spoke with [redacted] from the business. He says that the customer purchased special order furniture and that he was told the time frame would be a little longer than regular order furniture but they kept him informed as best they could. When the items did come in the customer said he did not want them anymore and that he has purchased items elsewhere and that he wanted his money back. The business refunded the customer even though they are now stuck with special order furniture and the customer was given plenty of time to cancel the order before it was shipped.
