I pray this day finds you well This is the President of The SOFCC Warriors Athletics Association To my surprise I received a letter from the Revdex.com this morning about your complaint about our organization I apologize for any problems that you may have been
experiencing but for the record I must state that I received the first message of your calling on June 17, by email from our finance department in which I have attached to this email I have personally called your number and left a message to share with you your concerns Also my Assistant Administrator followed up with research about your inquiry to discuss with you I don’t have a problem refunding your proceeds but it is clearly stated on our registration page that all payments are non-refundable but could be placed towards another sport that we offer When you signed up, it automatically sends other things in motion such as the cost of uniforms, sweat suits, League Membership Fees, Facility Use, etc All in which I was investigating with our Heads to see if your kids where included on the purchase orders which meant I would only refund you the difference for the cost of the items and fees due that we had to pay up front before a child ever shows up to practice. You stated in your complaint that we are suppose to be a Christian Organization and although truly stated, your intent seems to be one of disappointment and I would understand that if our intent was one that was being deliberately stated The point l would like to make is because we are a Christian Organization, one would appreciate the fact that we properly stated in writing, the agreement up front before anyone clicks the final payment button to make the purchase It would not be fair for us to have to cover the cost of lost funds because things changed on your end We work hard to make things happen for the Youth of this Generation and it takes the support of all the proceeds we can receive to make it happen Integrity is a part of what we teach our parents, coaches and participants We have nothing to gain by placing our families in uncomfortable positions, when in fact, we are here to help them Once I have received all the information back concerning how the other parts as explained earlier transpired, you will see a return to your account with a follow up email from me and I will CC the Revdex.com allowing them to know that this matter has been resolved on our end.
