Funding and Accounting departments and found that we had successfully disbursed the funds to the account provided by *** ***We informed *** *** of this, who has called regularly for updates, and have been actively researching this situation in the hopes of seeking a resolutionWe have attempted to reach out to *** *** financial institution, but unfortunately, they do not accept 3rd party callsAs we are not able to directly intervene on *** *** behalf, SoFi provided an ACH tracking number to *** *** to assist his financial institution in locating the loan funds we disbursedSoFi reached out to *** *** on *** to follow up and see if the funds have been located by his financial institution, and *** *** confirmed that the funds have been successfully located, and the matter has been resolvedSoFi regrets any frustration that has resulted from this situation, and encourage *** *** to reach out to us with any additional questions or concerns

SoFi appreciates the opportunity to respond to *** *** concernsOn *** *** *** applied, and was declined for, a student loan refinance*** *** contacted SoFi on *** requesting his account to be deletedSoFi attempted to verify his identity and *** *** refused to
answer any identifying questions. SoFi takes the security and privacy of all applicant’s information very seriously and we are unable to process any requests without first verifying the identity of the customerSoFi received another request in writing to delete the account on 3/22/SoFi confirmed that we would deactivate the account to prevent further access to it, but would be unable to permanently delete the recordSoFi must comply with state and federal regulations and maintain records of the application for a period of monthsSoFi regrets any frustration caused to MrHendersonSoFi can confirm the account has been deactivated and if *** *** has any other questions or concerns we would encourage him to reach out to SoFi directly

The bank did a great job following up on this issue and processed a new loan in an expedited mannerI did receive a call from a manager who was courteous and helpful and I think SoFI went above and beyond to correct this error

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: SoFi has given an I completely response to my original inquiry, still failing to explain to me why they were unable to "verify" the stated incomeThey are clearly dodging the original issue I have reported and are attempting to silence what I experiencedI am currently pursuing the legal ramifications to the furthest extent and will update the Revdex.com as neededAdditionally, I received a phone call from a manager from SoFi at 10:30PM in the eveningThe fact that they thought this was appropriate to call and settle this at such an absurd time is all too telling of how they conduct their business.
