Sofia Medicine Cabinets

I purchased a 72" sofia medicine chest from my local bath showroom and its quickly become the highlight of my home. Ever since it was installed, we have received so many compliments from family and friends about its durability and general appearance. After 4.5 years it looks as brilliant as the day it was installed. I'm grateful to have found this local company as I strive to support made in America products. Thank you Sofia!

I purchased a very expensive medicine cabinet from them and just over a year later the silver in back of the mirror had eroded away in two areas When I reached out with an email and pictures the extremely rude response (from the owner?) was that they could sell me another door It was my fault for cleaning the mirror with WIndex??? WHO on this EARTH doesn't clean their mirrors with Windex? He then called me and accused me of lying that I must have purchased this mirror over years ago because he has no record of selling it to that particular vendormeanwhile I produced a receipt!!! What a [redacted] product and awful customer service?! STAY AWAY!!! Better off purchasing something cheaper at [redacted] ***

I bought two of customized Sofia cabinets via Central Plumbing in Yonkers. Less than a year later, having followed the cleaning instructions to the T, the corners of both the cabinets started to discolor. I went back to Central Plumbing with pictures of them. The sales person later emails me that the company is willing to sell me new mirrors at a rebate price of $60 per mirror. These cabinets cost over $500.00 and to buy new mirrors in less than 6 months is ridiculous. Their claim for life time is false advertisement. I am going to contact the RevDex.com with this. I am rating 1 star only because I have to no stars or minus stars is not an option given to the reviewers.

We noticed a vertical clouding streak appearing on the mirror of one of our cabinets. After changing bulbs, cleaning products, etc. both George and I determined that the culprit was an electrified deodorant atomizer mounted directly below the the cabinet. Once removed, the problem disappeared. The product is terrific and so was George of customer support. Richard

I purchased 4 very expensive medicine cabinets from a Ferguson store in New Jersey and have to say I am more than impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the product. After more than 9 months of use, they look as beautiful as the day they were installed. Definitely recommending this company to all of my family and friends -- and should I need additional products in the future I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I purchased 4 medicine cabinets from Sofia and just over a year later the silver in back of the mirror had come off at the bottom of 1 of them and I'm beginning to see evidence of the same on another. The cleaning instructions that were provided specified to NOT use cleaner that contains ammonia and/or vinegar. I followed that and have used only glass cleaner that does not contain either of those ingredients. Note that the cleaning instructions do not specify that glass cleaner without ammonia and/or vinegar should not be used. I contacted Sofia and was instructed to send photos. I explained also that I used only cleaners without vinegar or ammonia. The response was that there is a 1 year warrantee and since the cabinet is older than 1 year they could only sell me a replacement door. In my opinion mirrors should last longer than 14 months. We don't know what has caused the silver to come off but it seems that there was a manufacturing defect OR these mirrors are so sensitive as to not be practical for use on a medicine cabinet door which is opened and closed (i.e. handled) daily.
