SoftCC Inc., is a - credit card payment processing company and does not provide technical supportTherefore, It is possible that "SoftCC Inc." may have appeared on *** *** credit card statement*** *** did not contact SoftCC but one of the technical support companies, that has a contract with SoftCC to process their credit card paymentsIt is very unfortunate that *** *** was not provided the service that was promised and/or overchargedFor the record, we have terminated our contracts with all techsupport companies due to increased number of fraudulent charge complaintsWe have closed our merchant account and do not process payments anymoreWe recommend that *** *** continue the dispute process she initiated with her bank to recover her moneyWe will do whatever is needed from our side to expedite the processSincerely, Soft CC
