Triple glazed windows where the center glass has cracks in it, and another window, triple glazed has dirt on the interior glass.

I've installed almost 40 Soft Lite Windows in my home over a period of several years. I originally ordered the windows in question on 12/7/2010. Shortly after they were installed two windows developed interior cracks. I notified the installer who also notified the supplier. New replacement windows were ordered. One of the windows arrived and was installed when I discovered that it was a dual pane not triple pane. The other window was a triple pane, and within a very short time it developed more cracks in the interior pane. Nothing hit it on either the inside or outside. The crack is in the inside. Now I've been told that they do not replace cracked glass. To me it seems like a factory defect. I've tried to be in touch with a Soft Lite Rep, but he does not return my calls, When I had my windows washed, the window washer tried to get one window clean, both on the interior of my home, and the on the outside when he brought to my attention that the window had dirt on the inside glass of a triple paned window. That clearly is a factory default. I've spent thousands of dollars putting in what I thought were excellent windows with a very good warranty, but at the first show of a problem, the company has been difficult to deal with. I'm hoping that you can help in this instance. I don't believe that I should have to live with windows that have cracks in them.
