Review: I purchased Soft Sheen Carson hair dye 380 Chestnut Blonde, Dark And Lovely Fade Resistant Rich Conditioning Color Permanent Hair Color.

After I colored my hair there was

NO shine,

It DID NOT cover my gray strands

and after a week, I washed my hair and the hair color disappeared.

I feel cheated due to FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I put thesr chemicals in my hair to get a result that will last.

I plan to seek further assistance about this.Desired Settlement: I would like a Letter about this problem, my refund and anything you find suitable in this matter.

Review: I recently purchased the Alma Perm from [redacted]. I put the perm in as I was instructed to and when it was time to wash out my hair it was burning so bad as I ran the water over my hair my hair was falling out by the hand fulls. I have never had something like this happen to me my scalp was on fire. My hair was stuck to my scalp the next day it was so painful to touch. I went online to see the reviews this has happened to so may other people it should be discontinued for good. I have pictures,the receipt and the box which contains my hair that fell out.Desired Settlement: I would like this product off the shelves and also compensation for my pain and suffering.
