To whom may concern Our vacuums are in fact free of charge to use by our customers during business hours as a customer appreciation but it is up to us to decide if they will be on/off to assure that it is safe for the customers and safe for the equipment Our
vacuums are not weather proof so if it rains or even a heavy mist we are forced to turn them off so the underground pipes won't get cloggedWe do get the hoses off so we can provide a clear sign that the vacuums are not running As of the request for a refund unfortunately we are not able to provide that since it is not a returnable item and is also part of out policy If you have any questions please reply Thank You General manager

Review: I went to Lee's Best Car Wash on Sunday March 9th @ 2:43 pm I paid for a car wash for my brand new purchased last week 2014 White Nissan Maxima. I got out of the car to walk inside to pay for my car wash services as you must get out of your car for the car to go through the ROBO machine. Now I did not pay any attention at first because they were extremely crowded and it took me 30 minutes to get services as they had that many cars waiting to be washed. But one of the many workers at they had approximately 15 workers working from the front when the car first goes through to machine to when it comes out to be dried. Say OH NO I go in the door and when my car comes out the fog lamp is cracked and all the glass is laying inside the lamp and the fuse light is busted also on the passenger side. I ask for the assistant manager MIN and he says to me No way we did that and I said this is a brand new car I did not bring it in here with a cracked fog light he continues to say do you know how many people come in her and say this we can't be responsible. He refuses to discuss it and walks away I ask for the owner well I am really displeased because apparently when I was talking to MIN the owner (Sung J. Lee) was standing there the whole time. I said you can check your tape they refused and he kept repeating no way and walked away also. I called the police and they advised since this was a cival matter and no physical altercations broke out they could not come to the scence for an incident number. I advised the owner I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have been coming there for 5 years and this has never happened. With me being a regular customer and the fact that I had a new car who would like about that and I now have to or have already contacted my dealership who had to order the part as they did not even have parts in stock for this car yet. To get the car fix my bill is $300.00 a breakdown is 200 for the part and 100 for the labor. I get the car fixed on 3/13 at the Nissan Dealership. I really dont like the fact that the owner and manager walked away from me and I made a point NOT to be disruptive in their store I called the police for an incident number I quietly tried to discuss this with no resolution. I want them to pay for this directly as I am sure this is not the first time this happened the workers are using the brushes to hard to wipe hard dirt off the cars before the car goes through the robo machine. I do not think they should be so easy to say they did not do it I showed the car to someone before riding to get it washed cause it was new and they asked to see it I am really upset that they would treat me this way as a paying customer. Now this is about the principle and to hear that they did not do it refusing to watch the tape and just dismiss it saying my word against there is crazy.Desired Settlement: $300.00 the cost to fix this or I will see about seeking justice in court if we can resolve this at this level to just say no is crazy they are business owners to offer me nothing is crazy.
